AUBURN, IN – MARCH 19, 2025 – The J. Kruse Education Center (JKEC), a leading provider of immersive career exploration experiences, is pleased to announce a partnership with The Hanwin Group. Through this collaboration, Lindsay Hannah, will serve as a Development Director, playing a key role in expanding JKEC’s capabilities, strengthening community connections, and advancing its mission to inspire and prepare individuals for fulfilling careers.
Lindsay Hannah brings extensive experience in fundraising and community engagement where she recently launched a business consulting firm specializing in business development community development, and political engagement. Previously, she served as Vice President of Investor Engagement at Greater Fort Wayne Inc., where she successfully identified, secured, and maintained relationships with over 1,300 public, private, and nonprofit members in Fort Wayne.
Matt Toth, JKEC Executive Director, expressed enthusiasm about the partnership: “We are so excited to have Lindsay join our team. She brings a wealth of experience to our organization and her passion for helping support our youth in Northeast Indiana directly aligns with our mission and goals at the J. Kruse Education Center.”

Founded in 2011, The J. Kruse Education Center was created as an opportunity to provide career exploration programs to individuals in Northeast Indiana. Recently, JKEC has worked with local schools, businesses, policymakers, and nonprofits to expand their programs and services including the Career Coaching Academy and Career Match. The Career Coaching Academy supports schools and students by providing individualized coaching sessions during school hours. Career Match is a digital app platform that allows students to see their coaching results, connect with their career coach, explore businesses and potential job opportunities, and use the proprietary smart match feature to zero in on careers that would best fit their unique talents and interests.
